Provided are a device and a system for determining the context for a predetermining function by analyzing a gestural path of a first near field communication (NFC) device in an NFC range of a second NFC device or a gestural path of a second NFC device in the NFC range of the first NFC device. The second NFC device comprises a plurality of inductive connection components. Each component outputs signals when each component is in the range of the first NFC device. A controller determines the path of the first NFC device which receives the signals from each component when the first NFC device is in the range and crosses the second NFC device based on a time difference of receiving the signals. The inductive combination components are active or passive.
