Disclosed are an optical head for processing a cone shape and a laser processing device using the same, capable of processing various sizes of the cone shape required for products with a laser. The optical head according to the present invention comprises: a housing driven to be rotated; a horizontal position control mirror reflecting a laser beam incoming in a horizontal direction towards a hollow of the housing installed at the vertical lower part and controlled to be moved in a horizontal direction; a first gap control mirror reflecting the laser beam incoming to the vertical lower part by being connected to the lower part of the housing and passing through the hollow of the housing in a horizontal direction and in which the installation position is fixed; and a second gap control mirror in which an objective lens is irradiated with the laser by receiving the laser beam reflected from the first gap control mirror and reflecting it to the vertical lower part and in which the position can be moved in a horizontal direction from the first gap control mirror.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
