Disclosed is a construction method for insulated concrete sandwich panels to be placed at a construction field, which facilitates construction of insulated concrete sandwich panels by installing insulation materials between a gang form and a euro form, by depositing concrete among the insulation materials, the gang form, and the euro form. The method can prevent the insulation materials from being transformed, being transferred, and being damaged due to the lateral pressure caused by the deposition of concrete.
