Disclosed is a construction method for insulated concrete sandwich panels to be placed at a construction field, which facilitates construction of insulated concrete sandwich panels by installing insulation materials between a gang form and a euro form, by depositing concrete among the insulation materials, the gang form, and the euro form. The method can prevent the insulation materials from being transformed, being transferred, and being damaged due to the lateral pressure caused by the deposition of concrete. A reinforcing plate made of a bent steel plate is embedded and a synthetic form tie is penetrated into the insulation materials with the reinforcing plate. Therefore, the transformation, transfer, and damage of the insulation materials assembled with each other, which is caused by the lateral pressure resulting from the deposition of concrete, can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
