The present invention relates to an underwater float for fishing, which enables a sinker to be freely combined with and separated from a fishing line, easily changes the position in the combined state, and facilitates to flow the fishing preparation unit to a target point along the tidal current. The underwater float comprises a float body made of a silicone material having buoyancy, and a weight providing a sinking force in combination with the float body, wherein the float body comprises a tidal current wing having a wide upper part and a narrow lower part so as to receive the tidal current, and a connection means formed in the center of the back side of the tidal current wing as one body so as to connect the weight and a fishing line; the connection means comprises a combining projection connected from the center of the back side of the tidal current wing to the neck part and having a long shape from top to bottom, a line slot formed to be able to vertically combine a fishing line to the combining projection, and a sill formed on the lower end of the combining projection for preventing the weight from lowering; and the weight is empty so as to couple in sliding with the combining projection from the upper part to the lower part, and has a weight body forming an opening part in the same position as the neck part.
