The present invention relates to novel pyranopyrandione compounds or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, preparing methods thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same for treating diseases resulting from allergic inflammatory response. The novel pyranopyrandione compounds of the present invention do not exhibit toxicity in cells, suppress the eotaxin production in a dose-dependent manner, and exhibit an asthma therapy effect, and thus are widely useful in the development of more effective asthma therapeutic agents.
