The present invention relates to an application which enables a user to avoid sexual offenders once the locations of the sexual offenders are known. An application given in the present invention includes a function to inform a user if a sexual offender with an electronic bracelet approaches within a 5 km radius, a function to look up the personal information of in-town sexual offenders, and a function to report an emergency, if happens, to a police station, thereby protecting women from sexual assaults.
