The purpose of the present invention is to suggest a method which positions RF antenna sensors on a cartesian coordinate system, receives pulse type signals generated by the RF single source, and measures the position of the RF signal source by measuring the time difference of the signals inputted into each sensor based on the time of signals generated by the RF signal source; and an algorithm and a system which estimate the position of the RF signal source by using the time difference of the signals inputted into each sensor when the time when the RF signal source is generated is unknown.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
