According to the present invention, for example, when a user wants to use the PHS convergence service offered at a lower cost using a 3G/4G network supporting smartphone, the user can use a convergence service of the two different mobile communication networks using the smartphone by installing a PHS convergence service application in the smartphone and calling or receiving through PHS network only using the smartphone.
