The present invention relates to an apparatus for bending a panel for the water wall of a boiler and a method for bending the panel using the same, wherein the apparatus comprises: a clamping part consisting of an upper clamp and a lower clamp supporting the upper and the lower side of a panel horizontally moving; a cylindrical upper bending die having a cylindrical surface in contact with the panel; a wheel part radially which is extended from the edge of the upper bending die and is able to rotate; a first lower bending roller part having both ends fixed to the wheel part and separated from the bottom of the upper bending die as much as the thickness of the panel; and a second lower bending roller part having both ends fixed to the wheel part and horizontally separated from the first lower bending roller part placed below the upper bending die.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
