The present invention relates to a reinforcement bracket welding structure and a welding method of the same for reinforcing a stiffener, which is welded and fixed to the inside of a ship. The structure is constructed to simply and easily perform welding because an improving unit of a reinforcement bracket is not needed for welding. To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the present invention provides a reinforcement bracket welding structure including the reinforcement bracket where stiffeners fixed to the inside of a ship shell are crossed and connected. The technical feature of the reinforcement bracket is to weld and fix the reinforcement bracket while the reinforcement bracket becomes offset towards the inside of the plane of the stiffener from an edge where the reinforcement bracket is in contact with the plane of the stiffener and where the plane and side of the stiffener meet.
