The present invention relates to a hinge installation structure of a carbon eyeglass frame and a manufacturing method of a carbon eyeglass frame with improved hinge installation structure and, more specifically, to a hinge installation structure of a carbon eyeglass frame which enables a hinge to be conveniently and stably installed on a front made of a carbon material or legs when manufacturing the carbon eyeglass frame having light weight and excellent strength; and a manufacturing method of a carbon eyeglass frame with improved hinge installation structure.
