The present invention relates to a drain trap with a water supply unit and a floor drainage system using the same which cut off the rise of bad smell by supplying water to a drain trap main body. The drain trap according to the present invention comprises: a drain trap main body having a drain inlet and a drain outlet provided therein; a trench that is combined inside the drain trap main body and which prevents the bad smell from flowing from the drain outlet into the drain inlet; and a water supply unit capable of supplying water to the drain trap main body. In the floor drainage system with the water supply unit according to the present invention, the drain outlet of the drain trap, which has a water supply hole, is connected to a sewage pipe, the water supply unit of the drain trap connected to a drain pipe which discharges water from a sink or a bathtub, and the sewage and drain pipes are disposed inside a shelf type wall body. The drain trap with the water supply unit and the floor drainage system using the same are capable of cutting off the rise of the bad smell by supplying water to the drain trap main body and thus provide a pleasant environment.
