摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a brake disc using sintered metal friction material composition and a brake disc manufactured by the same are provided to improve the mechanic property of a brake disc. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a brake disc using sintered metal friction material composition is as follows. Copper, iron, nickel, chrome, tin, graphite powder, and friction promoter are prepared. Alloy composition, paraffin wax, and a composition prompter are stirred and heated and the composition prompter is volatilized for forming composition powder. Upper and lower disc moldings are manufactured by using composition powder. The upper and lower disc moldings are sintered by vacuum or inactive gas. The sintered upper and lower disc moldings are attached with each other and grinded.
