The present invention relates to a cleat for fixing a power cable and more specifically, is to provide a radial- or fish trap-shaped cleat with a structure capable of preventing a power cable buried in a vertical or inclining section from falling and thus improving the stability. The radial-shaped cleat considering the stability for preventing a power cable from falling in a vertical or inclining section includes a conical-shaped cable insertion pipe into which a power cable is inserted; and a plurality of cable cleat wings which are integrated into the outer side of the conical-shaped cable insertion pipe and support the power cable. By doing so, a power cable is prevented from falling, and the mechanical stability during the falling can be improved.
