Cosmetic composition containing oolong tea component for slimming effect and method of manufacturing the same

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing an oolong tea component and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure an excellent slimming effect without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition with a slimming effect contains 3-8 wt% of a Goto kola component extracted by a solvent extraction using ethyl alcohol; 2-5 wt% of alginic acid extracted from marine algae; and 0.1-1.0 wt% of polyphenol isolated from oolong tea. The cosmetic composition further contains cetanol, glycerin, or stearyl alcohol. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of an ointment, a cream, or a lotion. The Goto kola contains 30-35 wt% of asiaticoside, 25-35 wt% of asiatic acid, and 0.5-5 wt% of macecassoside. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition comprises: a step of extracting Goto kola component(S11); a step of extracting alginic acid from the marine algae(S12); a step of extracting polyphenol from oolong tea(S13); and a step of adding a base to each extracted ingredient and mixing(S14).
