PURPOSE: A method for predicting the temperature change patterns of a material put into an annealing furnace is provided to precisely control the temperature of a steel material which is sensitive to temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting the temperature change patterns of a material put into an annealing furnace is as follows. The temperatures of a material and an atmosphere are measured at each zone of an annealing furnace using a temperature measurement unit(S200). The temperature of the material is predicted by applying a correction factor to the measured temperature of the material using a calculation control unit(S300). It is determined whether the predicted temperature of the material is more than the temperature of an actual material using the calculation control unit(S400). If the predicted temperature of the material is less than the temperature of the actual material, temperature change patterns of each zone are predicted using the calculation control unit(S500a).
