PURPOSE: A continuous fabricating apparatus and method of a carbon nanofiber are provided to obtain the carbon nanofiber with stabilized fibers by thermal treatment. CONSTITUTION: A continuous fabricating apparatus comprises: a precursor solution supply unit(10) which is used for spinning a precursor solution for fabricating a precursor nanofiber; a first capture unit(20) which forms the precursor nanofiber by solidifying the precursor solution; a electric power supply unit(30) which supplies positive electricity and negative electricity to the precursor solution supply unit and the first capture unit, respectively; a second capture unit(40) for collecting the precursor nanofiber formed at the first capture unit; a drying and stabilizing unit(50) of the precursor nanofiber; and a precursor nanofiber carbonizing unit(60).
