The present invention relates to a watertight gate installed in a breakwater constructed in a land section within a port area and, more particularly, to the watertight gate to be stood when a sea level is rising or a tidal wave caused by a typhoon is generated and to be laid in order for vehicles and residents to move on. The present invention connects the lower part of a door plate of the watertight gate by a hinge. A protrusion bracket is formed to be protruding to the upper part of the rear surface of the door plate. A hydraulic cylinder is installed to the rear surface of the door plate. The lower part of the hydraulic cylinder is connected at the position in which is lower than the lower part of the door plate by a hinge. A rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the protrusion bracket of the rear surface of the door plate by a hinge. The hydraulic cylinders are installed and is operated to be fixed to a synchronous operation frame. The door plate is sunk at the bottom frame and a height of the front surface is the same as the bottom. A cylinder groove in which the hydraulic cylinder is built is formed at the bottom frame and the rear surface of the door plate is attached to a bottom plate.
