The present invention relates to a small aerogenerator, more specifically, the small aerogenerator having a variable horizontal blade and a method for controlling the output of the same. The small aerogenerator includes the horizontal blade and improves the efficiency of wind power generation by changing an angle of attack of the horizontal blade according to the speed of the blade.
