PURPOSE: A control device, an air conditioner with the same, and a control method thereof are provided to detect each unit of the air conditioner with each different digital sensor. CONSTITUTION: A control device for an air conditioner comprises an input unit(130), a detecting unit(110), and a control unit(120). The input unit receives operation commands. The detecting unit has a detecting part and detects the state of the units comprising the air conditioner. The control unit operates the air conditioner based on the operation commands.
