The present invention relates to a device for measuring material properties under high-pressure environment using ultrasonic waves. The device comprises a housing which has a chamber for measuring the properties of a specimen under high-pressure environment; a support which is formed on the bottom of the housing and supports the specimen; one or more jigs which controls the proximity to the specimen according to the thickness of the specimen; sensor insertion ports which are formed on the bottoms of the jigs and fix ultrasonic sensors having different diameters; ultrasonic sensors which are inserted into the sensor insertion ports and transmits ultrasonic signals to a ultrasonic measurement system through a cable; a gas supply valve which is installed on one side of the housing and supplies gas to the inside of the housing; an automatic gas discharge valve which is installed on the other side of the housing and automatically discharges gas when a gas pressure value in the housing is more than a reference pressure value; a pressure gauge which is installed on the top end of the housing and displays the gas pressure value in the housing; a pressure sensor which is installed inside of the housing and indicates the opening of the automatic gas discharge valve by transmitting the signal obtained from the gas pressure value to the automatic gas discharge valve; and a ultrasonic measurement system which calculates the property measurement value of the specimen by receiving the ultrasonic signals from the ultrasonic sensors when the gas pressure value in the housing is maintained less than the reference pressure value.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
