The present invention relates to a high efficiency and low costs eco-friendly deodorizing system for a sewage and water disposal plant. The deodorizing system for a sewage and water disposal plant comprises a scrubber which absorbs and neutralizes alkaline bad smell substances from supplied air with the bad smell substances; a biofilter which is connected to the scrubber through a pipe and adsorbs and decomposes the bad smell substances in the flowing air by using microorganisms; a circulation water mixing tank in which scrubber circulation water circulating in the scrubber and biofilter cleaning water circulating in the biofilter are supplied and mixed circulation water mixed of the scrubber circulation water and the biofilter cleaning water is stored, and which supplies the mixed circulation water to the scrubber and the biofilter; and a scrubber circulation pipe connecting the scrubber and the circulation mixed tank to make the mixed recirculation water recirculate as the scrubber recirculation water of the scrubber; and a biofilter circulation pipe which connects the biofilter and the circulation water mixing tank to make the mixed circulation water recirculate as biofilter cleaning water.
