The present invention relates to a scenic fence facility for an industrial complex. The purpose of the present invention is to minimize the sense of difference for an industrial complex using fences which are installed along the boundaries of the industrial complex to partition the industrial complex and the surrounding structures and form an eco-friendly environment; to minimize the routes for transporting goods by opening an adjacent fence to the companies inside the industrial complex as necessary; and to enable workers for the companies to safely park their bicycles and prevent materials for parking the bicycles from obstructing the traffic for the vehicles.
