PURPOSE: An anaerobic digestion processing device and a method thereof are provided to drive acid fermentation microorganism and methane fermentation microorganism under an optimum condition and to increase anaerobic digestion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An anaerobic digestion processing method comprises the following steps: inflowing waste water into an acid fermenter (121); hydrolyzing and acid fermenting waste water introduced into the acid fermenter while flowing the waste water along a first circulating pipe (123) in which one end is connected to upper part of the acid fermenter and the other end is connected to lower part of the acid fermenter; inflowing waste water which passes through the acid fermenter into an anaerobic digester (122); and methane fermenting the waste water introduced into the anaerobic digester while flowing the waste water along a second circulating pipe (135) in which one end is connected to upper part of the acid fermenter and the other end is connected to lower part of the acid fermenter.
