PURPOSE: A high functional grinding aid for mineral milling is provided to improve the grinding efficiency, hydration, mobility, compressive strength and workability of cement by having both amine group and hydroxyl group in one compound, and hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity on the end of the compound structure. CONSTITUTION: A high functional grinding aid is represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, A1 and A2 are independently selected from structural formula a, structural formula b, structural formula c, and a hydroxyl group. In the above structural formula, R1 to R5 are independently selected from structural formula d, structural formula e, and the hydroxyl group. A1 to A2, and R1 to R5 do not have hydroxyl groups at the same time. A high functional grinding aid is represented by Chemical formula 2. A high functional grinding aid is represented by Chemical formula 3. A cement composite comprises 0.001-0.5wt% of the high functionality grinding aid. The high functional grinding aid has both hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity.
