PURPOSE: A continuous time type chaos signal generation circuit using a trans-conductor based on non-linear negative-resistance is provided to control a chaos signal using a MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) including a control terminal by implementing the condition variable of a chaos equation according to the type of a current-voltage curve. CONSTITUTION: An inductor-first capacitor circuit is connected in parallel. A variable resistor(R) is serially connected to one side of the inductor-first capacitor circuit in the one side of a touch point. A trans-conductor based non-linear resistor is connected between the other side of an inductor-first capacitor circuit and other side of a variable resistor. A second capacitor(C2) is connected to a non-linear resistor based on the trans-conductor in parallel.
