PURPOSE: An extraction method of active ingredients from deer antlers using a supercritical pressure-low temperature extraction method is provided to secure the functionality of the active ingredients. CONSTITUTION: An extraction method of active ingredients from deer antlers using a supercritical pressure-low temperature extraction method comprises the following steps: freezing the deer antlers at -20 deg C; removing foreign materials from the surface of the deer antlers with 70% alcohol, and washing the deer antlers with cold water; cutting the deer antlers into 1-5cm; inserting the deer antlers with 50-10wt% of purified water and 0.001-1wt % of enzyme into a sealed vinyl bag; inserting the vinyl bag into a chamber of a high pressure device filled with water, and processing the contents inside the vinyl bag at them temperature for 500-2,000; applying 3,000-5,000 air pressure to the contents for 2-30 minutes for deactivating the enzyme and sterilizing microbe; crushing the sterilized extract for 5 minutes, and filtering; and freeze drying the crushed extract before crushing to obtain powder.
