The present invention relates to manufacturing apparatus for polyacrylonitrile-based precursors for carbon fibers. The present invention comprises: apolymerization means for producing a dope undiluted solution by polymerizing iconic acid (ITA), acrylonitrile (AN), and methyl acrylate (MA) to improve the productivity through the maximization of contact area of materials when AN, MA and ITA are polymerized; a radiation means for injecting polyacrylonitrile-based thread for carbon fibers; a polymerizing container (4) having an AN supplier (2) and a discharging unit (3) for supplying or discharging AN; an MA/ITA spraying unit for spraying ITA and MA to an AN solution spread to the inside of the polymerizing container (4); a vibration unit (5) for receiving power to an area where MA, AN, ITA are polymerized inside the polymerizing container and for generating vibration energy; a pumping unit for pressing and pumping the dope undiluted solution discharged from the discharging unit; and a pipe (11) for spraying the solution pressed by the pumping unit.
