The present invention relates to a block structure which is able to maintain and restore the marine ecosystem of marine plant and the like while providing a space for the spawning and inhabitation of marine creatures such as fishes, octopus, sea cucumber, abalone and the like and promotes marine afforestation. The block structure comprises a leg part and a body part forming a space parte therein. The body part includes a tide passage route connected in order to form a bottleneck part in the middle while a pair of conical holes are symmetrical to each other. The space part is formed to become narrow towards the upper part and includes a discharge hole connected to the bottleneck of the tide passage route. The body part includes at least one rope installation groove on the surface and at least large opening and at least small opening in the lower part.
