The present invention relates to a functional inhabitation block for marine products such as octopus and sea cucumber. The functional inhabitation block for marine products such as octopus and sea cucumber includes a block bottom plate and a block ceiling plate integrated by supporting boards, and the block bottom plate and the block ceiling plate have a triangular shape and are formed of concrete. The functional inhabitation block comprises: a main marine product habitat included between the block bottom plate and the block ceiling plate; an inlet port and an outlet port having a triangular shape and placed at the center of the block bottom plate and the block ceiling plate; and a lower inducing path and an upper inducing path placed at the edge of the block bottom plate and the block ceiling plate, respectively. Therefore, the functional inhabitation block for marine products such as octopus and sea cucumber can increase a space utilization rate and thus, can further increase an inhabitation rate by providing the main marine product habitat between the block bottom plate and the block ceiling plate and further providing upper and lower marine product habitats.
