PURPOSE: A high concentration fluorine and hexavalent chrome containing waste water treatment method is provided to use electric aggregation reaction and a polymer coagulant instead of slaked lime to efficiently remove fluorine and hexavalent chrome impurities which are contained in waste water, thereby reducing waste water treatment costs and generation of waste such as sludge. CONSTITUTION: A high concentration fluorine and hexavalent chrome containing waste water treatment method is composed of the following steps of: the step(S100) of controlling pH concentration of waste water by 4.0-7.0 by injecting sulfuric acid or NaOH into the waste water which contains high concentration fluorine and chrome ; the step(S110) of implementing electric aggregation reaction to the waste water; the step(S120) of controlling pH concentration of the reacted water by 7.0-8.0, by injecting sulfuric acid or NaOH; the step(S130) of coagulating and precipitating fluorine ions and chrome ions by injecting a liquid polymer coagulant at a ratio of 1-10ppm into the controlled water; and the step(S140) of filtering the treated water.
