PURPOSE: An automatic disaster forecast/alert voice notification method is provided to convert disaster alert system data such as phone calls or text messages into a voice via the CDMA network. CONSTITUTION: A disaster control center (10) connects a call to a disaster broadcasting device (20) through a CDMA network (S110). The disaster broadcasting device recognizes information of a user through a phone call via the CDMA network (S120). The disaster broadcasting device checks broadcasting authority suitable for the relevant user information and approves broadcasting if authorization for the broadcasting is confirmed. A user in the disaster control center transmits current disaster information to the disaster broadcasting device with a voice via the CDMA network (S130). The disaster broadcasting device converts the transmitted disaster information into disaster alert information (S140). The disaster alert information is transmitted from the disaster broadcasting device to the disaster alert device (30)(S150). The disaster alert device broadcasts the disaster alert information (S160).
