PURPOSE: A phase transition temperature control method of a graphene based VO2 laminate body is provided to form the graphene based VO2 laminate body and to improve a property and an efficiency of a thermo chromic glass (smart window) by applying an isometric stress. CONSTITUTION: A phase transition temperature control method of a graphene based VO2 laminate body includes the following steps. A first laminated body is produced on which a first material, a graphene layer (120), and a vanadium dioxide layer VO_2(130) are laminated in sequence. The first material is removed from the first laminate body and a second laminate body is formed by transferring the graphene layer on a second material (150). An isometric stress is applied on the second laminate body.
