PURPOSE: A system for estimating changed information, a method, and a storage medium thereof are provided to intuitively confirm an operation position. CONSTITUTION: A minimum correlation coefficient map producing unit (100) produces a minimum correlation coefficient for each pixel of a first image including a first spot and each pixel of a second image including a second spot. A changed position tracing unit (200) produces the minimum correlation coefficient which is outputted from the minimum correlation coefficient map producing unit and a correlation coefficient for pre-stored change type (PT) and determines a position which becomes a maximum value of the correlation coefficient between the correlation coefficients as a changed position. A changed information estimating unit (300) produces a correlation coefficient for the changed type at the changed position which is outputted from the changed position tracing unit and the minimum correlation coefficient and makes the produced correlation coefficient into changed information.
