The present invention relates to an intelligent parking lot management system and method which indicate empty parking space information of a parking lot in a display and produce and guide a driving path from the entrance of a parking lot to a target parking space. The intelligent parking lot management system comprises a display device which is installed on the entrance of the parking lot and indicates information necessary to park; a main controller which controls the information necessary to park to be shown in the display device, produces the driving path from the entrance of the parking lot to a parking space, and makes the driving path displayed in a car driver terminal; the car driver terminal which displays the driving path from the entrance of the parking lot to the parking space, receives information necessary to park, and inputs a selection signal necessary to park and take out; and a monitoring device which checks the parking space and car movement and transmits the results to the main controller.
