The present invention is a ligand - a chemical that can be used in photoelectrochemical solar cell using a metal ligand charge transfer formula tri- phenylamine acid represented by 1 , its preparation method and containing the same ligand - directed to a solar cell using a photoelectric chemical metal charge transfer .
