PURPOSE: A surface treating method for metal interior and exterior materials and the interior and exterior materials having surface structure manufactured by the same are provided to obtain various, beautiful, and even colors an anode oxidation, coloring, and sealing technologies are applied. CONSTITUTION: A surface treating method for metal interior and exterior materials (100) includes the following steps of: depositing an aluminum layer (200) on the surfaces of the metal interior and exterior materials; anode-oxidizing the aluminum layers formed on the surfaces of the metal interior and exterior materials; and dyeing the aluminum layers and sealing a hole. Before or after the deposition step, the surfaces of the metal interior and exterior materials are partially coated with aluminum by using a cold-spraying method. The portion in which the aluminum is coated is a portion fixed by a jig in a processing process. The aluminum layer is made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
