The present invention relates to apparatus for building a green case and a method for building the green case using the same. The apparatus for building the green case attaches a primary body ply semi-product by turning-up while molding a primary molded case and additionally attaches a secondary body ply semi-product by turning-down to the base stereobate of a bead semi-product in order to reinforce rigidity of the primary molded case so that the primary semi-product can be deformed while transferring to the complete the green case by integrating with a secondary molded case and the apparatus for building the green case can prevent durability and outer quality of a finished tire from being degraded.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
