According to the present invention, a metal member injection molding device having an internal structure comprises: multiple forming parts for forming a constant form in a state of separating each other at constant intervals; a connecting part for connecting a gap between neighboring forming parts among the multiple forming parts; an internal structure molding frame which consists of a material which is able to be melted; an upper core having an upper plate molding part corresponding to an upper plate form of a metal material which will be molded; a lower core having a lower plate molding part corresponding to a lower plate form of the metal material which will be molded, and corresponding to the upper core; and a fixing part for fixating the internal structure molding frame between the upper plate molding part and the lower plate molding part in more than one side between the upper core and the lower core. A metal member injection molding method comprises: a fixing step for fixing an internal structure molding frame between an upper core and a lower core; an injecting step for injecting a metal powder into a molding space formed between the upper core and the lower core; a demolding step for demolding an injected product manufactured by the injecting step from the upper core and the lower core; a degreasing step for removing the internal structure molding frame by passing the injected product through a degreasing process; and a sintering step for sintering metal powder by heating the injected product passing through the degreasing step.
