The present invention relates to an electric bus, an electric bus battery exchange system and a method thereof. The electric bus according to the present invention comprises: an air blower installed on one side of the upper part of a vehicle, where a battery is seated, to be attachable to or detachable from the battery, for cooling the battery by moving air into or out of the battery; a moving part for separating the air blower from the battery before removing a discharged battery by moving the air blower, providing a fully charged battery and then making the air blower in close contact with the battery in a battery exchange process of removing the discharged battery and providing the fully charged battery via a battery exchange station; a battery exchange controller for communicating progress state information on a battery exchange operation with the battery exchange station, applying an air blower attachment or detachment signal in correspondence with the progress state information and monitoring the attachment or detachment of the air blower; and an attachment or detachment controller for controlling the drive of the moving part according to the air blower attachment or detachment signal and transmitting the information on the air blower attachment or detachment to the battery exchange controller. Therefore, the present invention controls the attachment or detachment of the air blower to or from the battery at a proper time in accordance with the progress of the battery exchange operation, so can smoothly exchange batteries without a collision with the battery to be exchanged and speedily drive the air blower after exchanging the batteries.
