The present invention relates to a dynamic power control method and a dynamic power control system of a hybrid vehicle using driving information. More particularly, the dynamic power control method of the present invention includes the steps of: acquiring driving information including at least one of altitude information about speed profile or driving information about a section for a vehicle to travel; calculating a dynamic power value required during driving of the vehicle on the basis of the acquired speed profile; calculating a parameter to perform power distribution of an engine or a motor of the vehicle according to the dynamic power value; and distributing the dynamic power of the vehicle by applying the parameter to Pontryagin's minimum principle (PMP) theory.
