PAN-WOOD FUEL SUPPLY APPARATUS AND CONTINUOUS HEATING SYSTEM FOR BIOMASS BOILER

The present invention relates to a pan-wood fuel supply apparatus and a continuous heating system for a biomass boiler. The present invention has; a biomass boiler which is settled in an integrated structure like a container; a convective circulation pump which circulates water by connecting an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe with the biomass boiler; a heat storage tank which stores heated water by being connected to the biomass boiler by the pipes; and a heating circulation pump which sends heat to a necessary place through the outlet pipe. The heating system includes: a hot water outlet which discharges hot water from the heating circulation pump to a used place; and a hot water inlet which returns the hot water to the heat storage tank after consuming heat through a heat exchanger. The fuel continuous supply apparatus for the system is equipped with: a fuel tank which is installed to store pan-wood fuel in the upper end of the integrated structure; a first opening and closing hole which is able to continuously control the supply of the fuel which is stored inside through an inclined path; a first compartment which has an empty space in order to prevent a fuel blockage and a backfiring in the first opening and closing hole; a second opening and closing hole for possessing a fixed amount of fuel in the first compartment; a second compartment which has an empty space in order to prevent the fuel blockage and the backfiring again; a third opening and closing hole for possessing a fixed amount of fuel in the second compartment; and a third compartment which is connected to a boiler inlet hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
