The dual-pore structured scaffold including porous rods formed of chitosan and nanobioactive glass of the present invention has a porous structure in a macro size formed by being connected with a rod and a porous structure formed in a micro size on the rod, and thereby showing excellent cell adhesive power, and accordingly, can be effectively used as an osteocyte material.
