The present invention relates to a core-shell nanostructure comprising: a core including a gold nanoparticle; a silver shell surrounding the core, at least a part of which is substituted by a silver sulfide; and a method for manufacturing the same. The core-shell nanostructure obtained from the present invention can be attained by comprising: a step for forming a gold nanoparticle used for a core by heating and reducing a solution where surfactant, which consists of a high polymer, and polyols are dissolved after mixing the solution with a gold precursor; a step for heating and reducing after mixing a solution that includes the formed gold nanoparticle and a solution including the polymer and the polyols with a silver precursor; a step for manufacturing a gold@silver core-shell nanoparticle by growing a silver shell on the gold nanoparticle; and a step for making the formed gold@silver core-shell nanoparticle react with sulfur compounds by dispersing the gold@silver core-shell nanoparticle in water.
