The present invention relates to a method of producing recombinant protein soluble in microorganisms using ribosome-inactivating protein (bRIP1) in barley, more specifically to: a recombinant expression vector which expresses target protein and ribosome-inactivating protein (bRIP1) into a fusion protein form; and a method of producing the target protein in a water-soluble condition using the vector. According to the present invention a user can effectively mass-produce the recombinant protein in a water soluble condition from procaryotic cells compare to an existing case using protein which is used for producing the recombinant protein in a water soluble condition, and a user can easily refine and separate the recombinant protein.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
