The present invention relates to a polyethyleneglycol-polylactic acid-polyethylenimine cationic copolymer, a preparation method thereof, and a drug delivery composition comprising the copolymer. More specifically, the present invention relates to the triblock copolymer of hydrophilic polyethyleneglycol, hydrophobic polylactic acid, and polyethyleneimine which is a cationic functional group which has excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability and can physically accommodate the same hydrophobic drugs so that it is usefully used as a medicinal drug delivery material. Besides, by using the cationic terminals of polyethyleneimine, it can be formed into a multi-layered-cationic composite forming other inner portions by electrostatic functions, thereby improving treatment effect and controlling stability, solubility, and reactivity, the physical properties of the drugs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
