A hollow part is formed in the sectional steels. The hollow PC composite column can include studs further, wherein the studs are installed to be bonded to the outsides of the sectional steels and are buried in the cover concrete. Furthermore, the sectional steels can be formed into L-shaped steels and be arranged at the edges of the rectangular column section; or the tie bar can be a spiral reinforcing bar; or the cover concrete can be made from steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) having a high deformation property for preventing the early crush of the cover concrete.
