The present invention relates to a hollow PC member, which is able to shorten a construction period by simplifying a site operation in configuring an SRC column, and which provides maximized sectional performance through an optimal composition of a concrete, a SRC column member which is integrated into an SRC structured member by applying cast-in-place concrete, a joint structure thereof, and a method for constructing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hollow PC member for shortening a construction period is a longitudinal member and comprises: a PC concrete part which is precast into certain sections to have hollows; spiral reinforced bars which have a greater diameter than a hollow, have a spiral shape to have a certain pitch in a longitudinal direction, and are buried in a PC concrete part around the hollow; multiple main reinforcing bar members bonded to a circumferential surface of the spiral reinforcing bars in a longitudinal direction; and sub-spiral reinforcing bars which comprise the main reinforcing bar members therein and are made into a spiral shape having a certain pitch in a longitudinal direction, and a part of which protrudes towards the hollow.
