The present invention discloses a real-time on-site image relay system of a mobile work vehicle. The real-time on-site image relay system of a mobile work vehicle includes: a camera which is mounted on the vehicle to record the road state, adjusts the photographing rotation angle and the zoom features according the motor operation, convert the recorded image to a digital signal and send the digital signal to a work vehicle terminal; the work vehicle terminal which is mounted on the vehicle to send the image data received from the camera and the location data received from the GPS to a management server, and controls the photographing rotation angle and zoom features of the camera; a weather server which provides the weather information to the management server; and the management server which outputs the received information to a display unit.
