An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for configuring dynamic computing environments and the apparatus comprises; a control unit which receives a variable for configuring environments of a computer system necessary for test model performance of a user, and outputs a control command or control information for environment configuration of the computer system according to the variable; a server resource unit which includes a plurality of computing nodes, and allocates a computing node for performing the test among the plurality of computing nodes to the user according to the control command or the control information output from the control unit; and a data management unit which is controlled such that the user can access according to the provisioning of the user, and stores result data obtained by the calculation of a computing node included in the server resource unit.
